FYI: I used tricolor cheese tortellini, used one can of chicken broth, extra basil and oregano with the spices, jumbo cooked shrimp (even though I still followed the precooking, but more of a thawing/searing step). I let it cook down for about 8 min for thinner base. We did add almost a cup of finely shredded parm cheese to thicken the base. We like our pasta al dente, so we rolling boiled water in another pot for about 5 min, then added the frozen pasta, boils until just soft. We drained, the put back in the pot and did some dry searing and added garlic salt and Italian seasoning to the pasta. Keep the two separate until plating! %%-
