Finally! I found a simple recipe for pancakes that doesn't ask for flour AND a portion of wheat flour along with buttermilk as well!! I searched through 7 of my cookbooks all ask for some regular flour and wheat flour and buttermilk! I need something SIMPLE and yummy, thank you!! : )

great recipe but instead of putting the choc chips ontop of the pancake mix them into your batter, makes more evenly spaced.

Sooo good! very fluffy and tasty pancakes. Probably the best I've tasted.
