Thanks jasmin ji u can use any thick fresh cream available in ur country I used fruit salad cream basically it’s a thick cream I posted the picture in vanilla ice cream recipe below plz do check . Second thing sweetened condensed milk is used in dessert for thick creamy texture instead of sugar

The picture on the box says we can use the cream on fruit salad & garnish of this cream . Plz don’t get confused u can use any fresh cream to prepare fruit salads
