It needs a little bit of a crunch added to the recipe somehow. As it stands now, it's a little soggy, but the flavors are good. With a bit of a tweak, this could be awesome!

I prepared this recipe again tonight. I used no water with the stuffing (because it will absorb chicken juices) also I made more pineapple topping for plating. it turned out delicious... no ginger this time either. :chef
