Haven't tried this recipe yet but Texaslady doesn't say what size loaf you are baking . I guess I'm to assume it's 2-1/2# loaf.

What size loaf does this make. Is it 2-1/2#. By the amount of flour in the recipe I think it is 2-1/2#.
