Hi can you please give proper instructions for preparation ,for example after chicken is dredged in flour then egg,is it only coated with herb and spices only?.Is there no flour added with spices/herbs?.

Hi there Joshua! Yes, flour is added with the coating mixture. The ingredients for the coating is under the heading 'Coating Mixture', which includes the grammage for the flour at the top of the list. Hope this helps!
