Yay! Be sure to tell me what you think when you get a chance to try it. Most of the time people are aghast that this recipe has no butter or salt in it. Ha.

Haha. I noticed the same, but I'm always up to try something new (though I might not be able to resist putting just a teenytiny pinch of salt :P). I'll be sure to share a Cooksnap when I make it. (Gorgeous pie pic, btw!)
