’Tatsuta(-age)' is a type of Kara-age which are fried food, commonly chicken. ’Tatsuta(-age)' is marinated meat or fish coated with potato starch and fried. Its key feature is white coating! 😀

Thanks! So the marinated part and the coating is different. I should make them both and taste the difference!
