This also works great with Lawrys Season Salt instead of garlic salt/powder. I've been making these potatoes for years with caramelized onions

Being a long time cook, try this, I learned that the garlic doesn't stick that great. I sprinkle the potatoes again in the pan just before serving, that way replacing any garlic that came off during cooking.

This is yummy. I added olive oil instead of butter, and added black pepper, some green onions, and the orange and red bell peppers. Super yummy. %%-
