The recipe is not precise enough. The amount of flour is not correct. Also, there is no mention on the hardness of the dough. So, if you have it too much hard the raviolis will come out awful and if it is too soft, then once filled with the filling raviolis will cut at sides and top. And lastly, with the amount of ingredients mentioned you will feed like 10 people, so it's TOO MUCH or just at least write the portion size.
