I agree with Ron! I followed the recipe adding 3 cups of flour and there was no way it would "pour" into the pan! It was like a big glob of dough! I ended up adding some apple sauce to try and get it to the right consistency . It's in the oven baking right now so I have no idea if it's going to turn out or not! I added walnuts and chocolate chips and it's all in
one loaf pan so I'll just have to wait and see if it turns out ok!

Great recipe! Easy to make. Instead of 2 cups of sugar I used 1 cup white 1 cup brown. Both ways are yummy.

The recipe sounds correct to me. Every other zucchini bread recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar and 2 or 3 cups of flour!

if you add one small can of crushed pineapple (do not drain) you will love it. So moist.
