Easy to make and the cake is very yummy. I've made it a couple of times now and each time it's been a hit. I've even experimented using 3tbsp Milo instead of coffee essence, and it was great.

Very good, quick and easy for early morning company. I added spices to the batter like cinnamon,cloves and allspice. just a simple vanilla glaze on top. Great with a cup of coffee. :-)
