This looks great. Barolo is one of the few wines we like as much as a good Burgundy or Rhône but surely you’d have to budget for a second bottle to drink from 😂

Well here, polenta it has to be. I only make it on special occasions though, due to the cost, but my mother in law came round yesterday so I think that counts 😂
