I love this dip and just had some today. I use neufchatel instead of cream cheese because is a healthier, lower fat alternative that tastes practically the same.

I made this but just zapped in microwave. pretty tastey. Also.I added.about a cup of shredded cheese. I think adding black beans would b good also. would be good substituting beef or ground turkey too.

I add 1cup of velveeta cheese! makes it so cheesy good!! :-)
