I made these for my sons 8th bday...everyone loved them... not only was it my first time making them, it was also the first time I've had red velvet...yummy!!! :ohyeaah

these were amazing; really beautiful but I wonder if the red colour would come out better with drinking chocolate rather than cocoa. the texture was fantastic but the recipe should state how many cupcakes this recipe makes. I would make these again but with a few alterations.
