ABSOLUTELY DELICOUS!! Instead of regular cornbread mix I used the Honey cornbread mix by "krusteez"(sp?) and it was sooo moist and sweet with a spicy side. A new favorite in my house! Definately making it more often!

I used two boxes of jiffy corn bread and served it with sour cream, salsa and black olives. Yummo. ~(o.o)~

Very bland. Might have been better if it was with sausage instead of ground beef. Used real cheddar cheese instead and added onion powder to the ground beef. Was hoping this was gonna be tasty but was sadly disappointed.

very good been making this bread for years . you can make it with any cheese you like. I like a little taco seasoning sometimes to . You can make it without the meat to.I like to make this way and have it soup~(o.o)~

I needed something I could take with me, so I used this recipe but put it in muffin pans to make small hand sized meals. The flavor is amazing. This is a winner.

Great alternative to regular corn bread. I made mine without the meat because we were having steak for dinner. I also used shredded sharp cheddar instead of velveeta.It was quick and easy to make and tasted great! I will definitely make this again. :ohyeaah

This recipe is super easy and was delicious!! A little on the spicy side so you may want to decrease the amount of jalapenos if you don't like a lot of spice!!! Will definitely make this again!!!! :-)

I like to use a semi sweet corn bread mix. instead I use 1 pound mild or hot breakfast bulk sauage and a diced onion. this is very good and easy. :hungry

replace cream corn with whole kernal and replace the ground beef with ground sausage and add a tablespoon of sugar and a couple sprinkles of chili powder. much better
