When you add the 2nd round of pudding are you just sprinkling the dry pudding or mix more into chocolate?

Just the dry mix. I add a little at a time that way it distributes more evenly throughout :) don't want big chunks of pudding where other chunks have none ;)

Each whole brick usually has 6 to 8 blocks, I usually use about 1/3 of the package per batch, so I can get about 3 batches per package. Sorry it took me so long to reply, for some reason I didn't receive a notification

Thanks for getting back to me. Would you happen to know how much the brick weighs? It seems that white chocolate bark comes in a few different weights/sizes.
