Dear once u freeze it & fry then they turn out crispier when u fry them like u also get in super markets frozen potatoes fries like so ...!

& further option is If u don’t want to freeze it then take a bowl add in ice cubes water then pop in fries for about 15 minutes remove it pat dry it using kitchen towel then deep fry it hot oil for best results
