Hi! I'm confused about two things in this recipe. At first, it says preheat to 180, then it says bake at 160?... Also: it says "melt the butter", but the picture with it doesn't look melted at all. Unless you're using WAY more yogurt than 1 tbsp. Could you please clear this up? I'd really like to try this recipe!

Sorry for the confusion! m(>o<)m. We normally preheat 180ºC and later lower the temperature, but you can preheat to 160ºC from the beginning.

The butter does not have to be completely melted, the butter should be as soft as mayonnaise.
