In Step 2, after you've shelled all of the shrimp, place them into a bowl and add your seasoning to them and mix well. You can also add a little bit to your egg wash as well if you like.

It all depends on how much lemon pepper seasoning you use. You don't want to use too much because then that's all your shrimp will taste like
