very nice recipe vicky. just wondering. being your skills are special diets and very good they are too. Are you aware that you can suppliment the suet with butter or margerine. its what they did in war time as of course they couldn't always get suet but even today I do have a habbit of using butter as it makes it that much lighter and dunplings well, my friends and family can never get enough. and my customers always complimented on any menu they believed was made with suet. of course its all fats so that's why it works but just a little useless info lol but you prob know this anyway. yes, very nice recipe. :flower
