Made these last night. even someone who doesn't like pice loved them. definetly a keeper. I baked mine an extra 20 minutes to make them firmer and more brown.

I loved these! I didn't have cajun, so I used creole seasoning. I know its not the same, but the whole process of making these fries came out really good and can be used for different seasonings, depending on what its served with. Thanks! :-)
