Really delicious, but thought it would be better with a small teasp. chilli sauce instead of flakes. I cooked it for 2 people, and used pre packed supermarket mussels 175g for the two of us, and increased the other items accordingly. I also put the parsley in with the mussels and tossed it all around before adding the pasta. I used fresh basil leaves as garnish for serving. It made a nice change from the usual cheese pasta dishes. Thanks!
