Yes why not for making this nest first make balls of boiled potatoes and then press in the middle of the ball with the help of your thumb and give it a shape of nest now dip it in a bowl of batter and then coat it with vermicelli try to coat vermicelli everywhere so that white part of potatoes will be covered properly and then give potatoes egg shape and coat it with rice flour now present it with coriander leaves or you can have spinach or any green leafy vegetables for presentation. For more attraction i used these birds which were at my home for decoration purpose

Actually i am also on my learning stage i recently got married
ME AND MY MOTHER IN LAW keep trying different recipes and she is teaching me how to cook and how to make dishes more attractive all credit goes to her :-)
