I cooked this tonight. Fantastic. You know a dish is good when your pickiest children ask for seconds and more sauce! This is definitely being made again in my house!

this is a great recipe, and super easy. I changed it a little by adding less water, and I stirred in 2 tsp. of cornstarch, to thicken it, it turned out great! :nod

Nice dish, found it a little bit too salty,will make again only will alter soy sauce to water ratio. Also added a few dashes of sesame oil . & and made a light slurry with cornstarch to thicken sauce. I received compliments on this dish served on rice with sauteed broccoli and green onions [ok]
