Haha, you inspired me with your chicken recipe the other day! Love the yogurt idea btw. I bought buttermilk just for this, but I always have greek yogurt on hand, silly I never thought of that. Been meaning to put this together for so long, but it was surprisingly difficult to redesign it in a way that made any kind of sense at home. We used to serve it in a bowl of tangy hot sauce with cumin yogurt to dip, and fried basil as a garnish.
