What a good idea! I wouldn't have thought to put Xmas pudding with ice cream!

Thank you. I am personally not a big fan of Christmas pudding but my husband insists it every year and every year there are leftover. One year I noticed that half of an ice cream container was empty but it still was taking space in the freezer. So I was looking for something to mix and fill the container.
