Did you season the wings at all before you fry them? (Light salt & pepper) Or is the sauce enough seasoning?

If you would like you can season lightly but the sauce is very flavorful

You definitely need to salt and pepper the wings. And not lightly. You need to season to taste. All and all this was a good copy cat recipe. Just made these tonight.
