I made a few changes to the recipe. I added more onion, used tomato sauce instead of taco sauce, and used mozzerrella cheese instead of Monterey Jack. Also added more cheese on top. My picky family loved it!

Great! Its amazing. Seemed like it was missing something so we shredded more cheese and put it with taco sauce on top. Tasted great, but the recipe could have been written better to save time.

I made these for dinner this week, but I disliked the Taco seasoning ingredients, so I decided I will stick to Italian style stuffed Bell Peppers. The recipe was fairly easy and my husband thought they were ok, just my preference to go Italian with these.

Excellent, but better when the peppers were NOT precooked before baking. (Too mushy!) Also, try using red Cargo Rice for more colour and flavour.

I've never been a huge fan of stuffed peppers but these sounded different and they were amazing! Will definitely be making again. Be careful not to use too hot of a taco sauce. I used a real spicy one and combined with the spicy rotel it was a bit too spicy.n

I made these last night but decided to follow someone's suggestion of substituting black beans. Also added some Pico de Gallo and used a bit of taco mix powder from an envelope instead of taco sauce. Came out well. My husband gave it high praise: He said it tasted like it had meat in it!

I used ground sausage and added cream cheese to the sausage when finished cooking... & also added cheese to the mixture before putting it into the pepper!!! Came out delicious!

when I make stuff peppers I dice the pepper on bottom my children did not like whole peppers but they liked the small pieces (I used 3 colors very pretty )

I made this last night, soo delicious! My boyfriend LOVED it and begged for the leftovers. I added a little cayenne pepper and garlic to the meat. Definitely have to make again! :ohyeaah

Best stuffed peppers I've had. The only thing I would change is seasoning the meat well. I added some garlic salt to it before adding in the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients.
