This sounds delicious. I've been meaning to add a tagine to my kitchen for ages, I might see if I can find a nice one in the sales!

They are well worth grabbing if you see one cheep. The cone shape of the lid means the steam rises to the top and then drips back over the lamb and veg. I sometimes cook it in the slowcooker too which tastes great, but it just doesnt have the look of the tagine
