Shred your chicken, cut Irish, carrots and green beans in any shape, parboil, and set aside.
In a pan, pour in lil v/oil and add d chicken, give it a continuous stir until it is well cooked, add in scotch bonnet and onions, den add in parboiled Irish, carrots and green beans, add seasonings and Maggie to taste, pour in water and close to cook for 3mins.
