I don’t think that any of us do Sonia coz it’s a bit of an odd one. But I was a bit pushed this morning and, whilst pondering what to do quickly, I remembered that it’d been a long time since we’d had this one and it virtually does itself: just simmer gently and give it an occasional stir. It also whizzes nicely smooth.

I didn't blend mine as I like a little bite in my soups I added lentils this gave it a smooth texture

That’s interesting coz in general nor do I with soups coz we both like the chunks 😂. Sometimes I whizz half but not the rest. Lentils are always good. John
