my fiance and i eat a similar dish(tilapia filets ), we slice new potatoes as the first layer then fish,onion, bell pepper, then tomatoes,and lemon. of course you have to cook it longer for the potatoes. :ohyeaah

i've never been a good cook, im just now getting into it, this recipe was so easy it was ridiculous, and it was delicious! :beer

even my kids liked this! the 7 year old was nervous to try it, but once bribed with ice cream, he ate 1 bite, then quickly ate it all. i added thick slice of onion under the filet & served with caprese salad (for the contrasting sweetness from the balsamic glaze) & buttered egg noodles. a great dinner.
