It looks perfect! I've never tried making a roll cake before, but you make it look pretty easy. Do you recommend other ingredients if you're living in Japan?

Thanks!! I don't add corn flour when I bake in Japan (plain flour in Japan is light enough but plain flour in UK is bit strong. So I add corn flour to weaken gruten. I could buy sponge flour in UK but plain flour is more common). Also oven in Japan is usually not too strong, so I bake it 180℃ oven.

Baking time/temperature depends on oven, my friends said they tried couple of times to find the best temperature, hope you can bake it well next time!! Thank you for trying my recipe!
