Loved it! Made it for my family.. Big hit. The filling was really thick and hard to get in the shells though. Did add more to the sauce also... But I always improvise a little anyway! Thanks for the recipe!

Epic fail in my household. Husband couldn't eat it cause of all the seasonings. I must admit, it is a bit too much Italian seasoning. If i make it again, not using Italian seasoning and will probably not use flavored diced tomatoes.

I did not cook my manicotti. Just fill the uncooked shell with fillings. Add 1 cup water to the sauce then cover baking dish with foil when you bake it.
