Yeah they really do lol. This dish as well as all you others posted look so very amazing!!! I have one more question about the fish would you recommend a mild or medium flavored fish. I am not one to like extreme fishy flavor like amber jacks. Hake, haddock, tuna, tilapia, Maui Maui are good. Which flavor would you recommend?

All flavours are good. I actually use Chicken Breast sometimes. Firm fish would be more suitable for frying, I guess.
