Bottom Round Steak

It says in step ten that after you sear it in the stovetop or grill to put into oven for 15 minutes. I think that turned out mad well. It depends on how thick the meat is. Be careful doing this but sometimes, you can tell how done meat is by using your finger to poke the center of the meat. If it's spongy it's going to be rare in the center. The firmer it feels the more done in the center it will be. It is really up to the person wanting to eat the steak on how done it is. I hope this helps.

I’ve have experienced that bottom round cuts are pretty tough, so I was looking online for a recipe and how to properly cook bottom round cuts & tried this recipe! It’s in the oven right now! Will let ya know how it turns out!

I took it out the freezer and made soup with it. You can also make an au ju with it, gravy, or sauce. Use it on another recipe with beef roast or another steak.
