Sorry, this recipe didn't work for me at all. Everything was left soggy after cooking. The chicken didn't take color and just looked white and pale. I had to air fry it after spending 6 hours slow cooking. It tasted much better once air-fried, but I still think that 4 tbs is way too much butter. I prefer my potatoes crispy rather than soggy.

the recipe calls for baby red potatoes I only have russet potatoes can I use them instead

Absolutely! I would just cut them into 4-6pcs each depending on size. ☺️
