It is one of my favourite halwa and now my son's too....I have to often prepare for him this and Muscat Halwa.

It's also called Bombay or Karachi halwa made of Maida milk but now people make it with Cornflour

Yes before our friends used to be make with Flour milk....we had to make a dough first and then add water and play along with the dough till the dough became small and the water turned thick n milky....now Cornflour is the easy way out 😃.

Oh no I mean Channa halwa is different from Muscat halwa I meant ...maida and Cornflour is almost same .....Cornflour is less time Consuming.
