Yes it's an acquired taste before cooking. I do love eating the celery with a little mayo right down the groove 🤣

I do like it on the odd occasion if I dice it finely and mix it with tuna or something 😆 but cooked in soups and casseroles it adds a great flavour

Was really nice way to use all my extra celery :) didn’t have a sweet pepper so supplemented it with an apple and it worked well!
