Oh sorry to hear that. Perhaps more oil next time when frying or non stick pan is losing it's coating a little so they're catching. It is quite a delicate operation when moving them however as with most fishcakes. Did you set them in the fridge beforehand too? ☺️

Aww, happy it still tasted good. Yeah the amount of pans I go through that are meant to be non stick then begin catching after only about 4 months of owning it is ridiculous!
