I love ketchup too, thank you for bookmarking. This ketchup can be kept for about 2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge. Welcome

@tomato manI haven't tried freezing this but I am guessing you could. If after thawing, it is watery, you can cook it down again and it should be fine. Thank you too for reading my recipe.
