Fantastic jerky! I used considerably more jalapeño and blended instead of diced, but overall a great recipe!

Follow the instructions in the foodie recipe book in the back of it under dehydrator .... and it depends on how chewy you want it.... I cant remember but i think i did 120 or 130 and i did mine overnight...
