Mam pls tell carrot grated dalney se taste kaisa aata hai cake mei . Aur kya dry ingredientds mei mawa aur butter dono usko jyada oily nhi kr dengey. Like agar mawa dal rahey hai to butter thoda kum kr saktey hsi aur how much in grams

Carrot se taste mei zyada difference nahi ata,elachi flavour is dominating,oily nahi laga,u can always try,to reduce butter or skip,I have tried this for the first time.next time maybe without butter.
