Can this be made on a George Forman Grill or a broiler? Quantity if using dried herbs? Recipe sounds yummy.

Yes, you can sear on a Forman grill, under a broiler, or even in a pan. The herbs used were dried except for the fresh basil at the end. Enjoy.
