I agree, WAY too runny. Also, measurements depend on how much you need. I only used 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. milk. No vanilla, it smelled weird. Used it on homemade cinnamon sugar soft pretzels. It was delicious!

Icing was way too thin. I added an entire bag of powdered sugar to thicken it up, still really thin. I wouldn't even use 1/8 cup of milk. Omit vanilla if you don't want brown icing, or use food coloring to cover up the brown coloring.
