Its 70g of flour. I totally missed it. Recipe is now updated. Thank you for letting me know.

what can we do with the rest of the topping? There is alot left. I put in the freezer, is that right? Can I turn it to a cookie of some kind?

Hi ayah, for this particular roti boy recipe i don’t usually have extra. As for another recipe of roti boy (i have it here too-the one with basic bun) i double the topping as i usually bake extra set of buns. The left over i leave it in a piping bag & keep it in a zip lock in a fridge. Hope this helps! 😊

Its a mixture of liquid and flour, that is then cooked over medium heat to make slurry with the consistency of thick glue paste. Its pretty easy to make. Leave to cool before using. Or prepare early, cover and refrigerate. Use within 3 days. This method makes breads or buns softer or stay fresh longer.

Hello, I'm not planning to use/bake all the dough, so is it okay if I put the rest of the dough inside a refrigerator?P/s. I'm not a baker, so i dont really know anything 😅😅
