Thank you for the comment. Japanese mayonnaise has milder flavour and in Australia even restaurant chefs prefer Japanese mayo. The most popular Japanese mayo brand is 'Kewpie' and it is available from most supermarket stores and Asian groceries in Melbourne. Try Asian grocery stores! 😀
