I made this, minus the sausage, and it was the most amazing meatloaf EVER!!! Everyone in the house loved it and said I must make it this way from now on.

This was absolutely delicious! I really loved the sweetness that the brown sugar gave the topping..The croutons gave it great flavor as well! The whole family loved it, I think this will be my go to meatloaf from now on.
