I love avocado but never tried to cook avocado in smoothie. In Cookpad office, we used to have avocado for free to cook for lunch, but we no longer have avocado in the office due to price spikes. But I will try to make smoothies with avocado next time our family make smoothies over the weekend at breakfast. Thanks again for posting very unique ideas of my favorite ingredients. Thank you Norikazu and do try it . If it's pricey for you or u not able to purchase it you can try this recipe with bananas it's wonderful , any fruit for that matter don't be shy to twist and explore with the ingredients.

Thanks so much for your suggestion. Our family loves smoothies with banana, apple, blueberry and spinach. But I will try next time to put avocado into our smoothes as it seems really great idea~! Cheers, Owen
